In all seriousness, I'd do a lot of crap that should have been done a long time ago.

* I'd make the cost of extra character slots $5 in the online store.
* I'd start having Merchants selling Runes of Superior Holding for 5000 gold each that would expand your Bags to 15 or 20 slots (haven't decided).
* Implement a max stat only Weapon/Shield/Focus Mod Trader NPC. These could be found in any major towns or can be bought for your Guild Hall for 100K. The menu will look like the current Priest of Balthazar chart, but instead of "Unlocked" or whatever, it will list a gold price. The price will be set by market conditions, just like crafting materials or runes today.
* While I'm at it, I'll also implement a max stat only Inscription Trader NPC.
* Change the Monument of Resilience from a bunch of worthless statues into five mannequins which you use to put on or remove armor at will. This will fix the armor storage issue overnight. Any armor can be put on the mannequins, but only complete sets of elite armor placed on a single mannequin will update the tablet in front of the monument, which can be clicked on (like now) for a current list of elite armors submitted. Guild Wars 2 should use the tablet information, not the mannequins, for information.
* Personally, I would remove stupid dye from the game as a drop. I cannot believe that this game has made something as basic as coloring armor or weapons into "uncommon/rare loot". Instead, convert the current Dye Trader NPC into Dye Vendor NPC. When talking to vendor, it'll ask which item in inventory you want to dye. It will pull up the preview menu like today. You can drag and drop dyes from the list up to four at a time, with the cost of the color mix updated real-time. Pricing of dyes will be set by market conditions, and when you click on "OK", it dyes the item instantly with that color mix, and the money is taken out of your inventory. No dye shows up in inventory ever; items are automatically colored and you go about your business.

That's just what I'd do.

Oh, and I'd probably implement the ability to use seven Heroes in your party just to make everybody go totally crazy. Nobody would play any PvE area with real people anymore, and anybody asking for help would get some response like, "LRN 2 HEROWAY N00B".

If I was a god for a day,I would pull everyone that was playing the game into the actual game. ie. you become your character. And you would have to start from very beginning with no gold, weapons or skills...Welcome to pre-searing...

I'd make all reward chests different in the following way: on opening the chest you are presented with a choice of 10 randomly selected options, 1 for each profession. That way if I don't want more useless mesmer crap I can select an item which I might actually have a use for.

I'd make shadow form last 35 seconds, but end instantly if you use a spell.

I'd make it so there was a way to easily select minions under your control.

I'd add a new condition called "Confused." While confused, all attack spells you cast have a 90% chance to fail.

I'd drastically reduce the number of points needed to max Kurzick/Luxon titles.

I'd add a timer icon do indicate your level of drunkenness.

I'd make minipets serve some in game purpose, such as making them allies in explorables.

Finally, I'd institute a large number of quests which would allow a player to eventually rebuild Ascalon to pre-searing levels.

I would add "rare" weapons/minis (basicaly everything that costs over 100k) into all inventorys, so they drop to a ridiculous price and "ruin" the game "economy"; also I would make zkeys customized to the guy who gets them lol

delete gwen rep titles (same as above)
delete all r7,r8's and known rares
delete HoM
delete ecto, shards
delete all chars on all accounts with every item

now we are all the same...

Well first off i should show up in Kam/LA/KC as Ghostly Hero type body but the size of Mad King and randomly start people teleporting around the map. Then i would have little Gwen show up and nuke everyone, but first i make it so that you couldn't portal out of it.

Next after i got doing that, i would make all the Dragons from GW2 wake up and let them go Awall on everyone.

Steal Jora away from everyone and make it so that she's all mine!

I would have Joko Beat the stupid Ghostly Hero and he would have owned elona for ever.

Make all the Gods my Slave and since i'm the most powerfull god, Abbadon would be let lose, but turned into a mini and have no power basicly.

I would make all the Monks who wear Obsid armor and Choas Gloves go poof and make it so that if you ever did the combo again your character goes poof

Eh i could think of more but i don't really want to write it all out.

Id delete all heroes and remove all pve skills. Make it so every monster drops a kanaxi that would auto delete upon zoning.

Make everlasting ID Kit and Salvage Kit for sale at merchant for 50k each
Make an Inscriptions Trader & Tome Trader
Make it so any dedicated pet in your HoM can be displayed in town without you having to carry about the carcass in your inventory
Add an Auction house and stop the Spamadan "trading"
Add miniatures to all end level chests in dungeons and elite areas (mini urgoz, kanaxai, Ghostly in FoW, Reaper in UW, Duncan in Slavers, etc...)

1.Make a ton of lvl 40 Marg/Tormented Demon Thingys/Afflicted/Charr/Destoryers raid Kama/KC/LA in a mob of 50(Varying monsters) every 5min.
2.Give everyone a stack of armbraces in their invt. But if they use it/trade/drop it/touch it, their account gets deleted.
3.Give everyone r15 hero but if they /rank, all their chars go bai bai
4.Give everyone GWAMM and watch the elitists cry
5.Make grawl drop stacks of ectos. Anyone who uses the ectos gets an insta ban 8D
6.And allow PK in towns :3

2) Delete all the useless rare skin items (Crystalline Sword)
3) Spawn Abaddon to all the towns and watch as peoples that typed /dance get served!!
4) Put Shiro in every areas and make him invisible so you can't see him on the map.
5) Give every players all the mini pets available right now in GW
6) Give everyone mini shark with lazer attached to his head that does 100 damage each shots!
7) Give all guilds instant 1,000,000 faction points and remove AB!
8) Slap mini froggy cuz he looked at me funny
9) Bring in Mad King as the final boss in the secret cow level!

If I were a GW god I'd make this uber skill for an obscure profession like say Assassin. It would combine all the advantages of Mist Form, Obsidian Flesh, and Spellbreaker, except it would also only be 10 energy and ofcourse would be permanently maintainable.

This skill would make you almost completely invincible, and would make skipping over large parts of the game a breeze. It would also allow teams to complete supposedly challenging areas in 20minutes for HM while dinner cooks

Oh, and I would make this skill utterly useless for all other professions.

I'd shut down UW for the day except for me, give every monster 1hp and no skills, and they'd drop ecto like glittering dust...4 at a time. And I wouldn't say a word. End chest would drop 2 r7 eternal blades each time.
